I am not asking anyone to conver my mistakes, I pay to have insurance should I make a mistake.
If you make the mistake of not using your safety equipment, I shouldn't have to pay for it. Thats what I think. I see it equivalent to smokers suing the tobacco company, you want to smoke... fine, dont' ask me to pay your medicare when you have lung cancer. Likewise, you don't wear your seatbelt and are injured in a car accident, or not wearing a helmet on your motorcycle... too bad soo sad.
You can call me wrong, nuts, full of BS whatever... I don't know why everyong gets so excited because I have a thought that stimulates more discussion. I thought that was the point of this whole thing.
I'm not wearing a damn seatbelt. If you crash into me causing damage and harm, you're paying the damages. Got it?
