I can only say the report stated the CIA sent a criminal referral for outing/leaking Plame.

I beleive Plame was covert at the time according to the statement.

I don't know who wrote the article.

I believe Plame was a pencil pusher in Langley at the time, and likely a pencil pusher all along.

I believe she and Joey Wilson are DemocRAT operatives trying to hinder the war effort and, at the same time, bring down a sitting President.

We'll see who's right when the SP issues his report.
