There was an attempted rape by a Hisplanic guy in broad daylight on a public beach. He was naked, no less.
The Hispanic community knew who the guy was, knew he was an illegal, and gave him up toot-sweet to authorities.
I think the guy still slipped out of Ohio, but he isn't anywhere around here, and did not have a chance to commit another crime.
