Er, I don't generally buy into these "latin studies/womens studies/blah blah blah" types, but some of those local Hispanics ARE American citizen residents.

I am sure there are many blacks, jews, whites, asians, etc. that should be having this *important moment* too.

Why are only hispanics, cops and politicians having this *important moment*?
