This is merely the latest in a series of belligerant comments by Chinese generals. Hopefully, they have effective control over there nukes, but I would not put money on it.
It will be interesting to see what, if anything, the Chinese government does to these bomb throwers. I suspect that the general did not consult with the boss before shooting off his mouth. So far, though, I am not aware of any action that has been taken against generals who made similar statements.

Just as the gulible will believe pigs fly if it's printed in the NY Times, a from-the-hip suggestion this morron made those comments on his own is not a worthy response.
Our government would do well to tell the comie athiests to reign in thier dogs, less we act on thier threats. But so far we've done what most come natural to the government which pretends to represent us - nothing.
I believe an American general would be retired for making similar comments...IMO what that Chicom general said really DOES reflect the gov't position. Those Commies are never to be trusted.
