Wait, I thought you said he was a Christian because Christ started Christianity? Which is it? Were they Jews and then Christianity was created later or was he part of the original Christian Church?

You can be both. Being Jewish means that you are a descendent of Abraham. My dad is Jewish by birth, but a Christian.
