The cars and trucks that would deliver the staples to us are mostly "chipped" - everything vehicle since the introduction of electonic ignitions will be stopped in their tracks. Only a few diesels maybe running.
All TV and radio will be gone. Not just because of the transmitters being melted down but because the receivers will also be useless.

I have a still functioning '50's era tube radio...the case is made of bakelite. I'll be listening.
