It would almost certainly be someone in the Special Prosecutors office, or even a grand juror. They would be the only people who would be 'thoroughly' briefed. Lots of different people would know different bits and pieces, but only someone in teh SP's office or a member of the Grand Jury would know all the info.

That makes some sense...it still doesn't explain Loud Larry O'Donnell's certain long-time knowledge of this matter.
Which I think needs a thorough vetting. What does Larry know, when did he know it and who told him ?
