Granted it would be accurate to say that he would be in violation of that law, and it would be accurate to say that he would probably be at least as guily under that law as Rove. It is perfectly accurate to say that he should be punished if that law passes.
Nevertheless, it is clear to me that he would never be punished, any more than he was punished for treason for disgracing us in Viet Nam.
Kerrys, Clintons, Kennedys... it has been demonstrated over and over again that these people are completely and absolutely above the law. They can do anything they please - legality or possibility of punishment are issues they need never worry over.
