Perhaps the networks all realize this is a spinning circus, NOT worthy of full coverage. Or...........maybe they don't want to have to provide equal coverage of a response
Matt Cooper's lawyer is telling David Gregory on HARDBALL: Cooper's double super dooper secret warning from Rove was telling Cooper not to identify the source, namely Rove.
I've thought the warning meant Cooper could not disclose the info about Plame, or the source. I've understood Rove only mentioned Plame worked at the CIA to bolster the fact that it wasn't Cheney who sent Wilson to Niger, it was Wilson's CIA wife. Rove only told Cooper about Plame's CIA connection, to further bolster Rove's information that Wilson was lying about Cheney being the one who sent Wilson to Niger.
