xzins....yes, it seems that it was tom twitty who filed the articles of incorporation for Amsouth to do business in RI, but what he in Amsouth Corp is unknown to me.....he may work in the legal dept of the parent org.....I don't think the finance types would be sent to RI to tackle the legal/regulatory issues involved in establishing an insurance/investment licensein another state, but I could be wrong aboutit.
I think von Kuhn is the chairman of AIS and Tom Twitty is its president (or was, at least at time of registration). Registry in R.I. is, I imagine, because of ease of registration or for tax purposes.
This kidnapping theory is waaayyy out there in left field.

This case centers on no one but joran & the Kalpoes. Too many eyewitnesses saw them w/NH last.
