I've yet to cast my vote. I'm waiting to be sure, so far, I'm Originalist, that looks like the wisest choice.

Now, see, NOT casting a vote makes sense if you're not sure. Why waste a vote when you haven't made up your mind? But casting a vote for 'ambivalent' makes as much sense as snorting habanero juice.

I don't see how there can be any other choice. The Constitution, in the physical sense, is merely a document. It is a means of conveying ideas, from the people who wrote it to those who read it. If we are to faithfully attempt to discern what those ideas they are trying to convey to us are, we have to read the document in the context in which it was written and assume meanings of the words and phrases consistent with those held by the authors.
