There are at least two possible conclusions that can be drawn from all the arrests:
1. Our folks are doing a great job. I fervently hope this is the case.
2. Immediately prior to the big event, the networks are rolled up. Sources are lost and/or compromised, leads come to dead ends(so to speak), and there is the problem of 'bad' busts, illegal search and seizure and such messy legal complications.

I think the arrests are a good sign, because we are getting would be terrorists off the street. I also worry a lot about the individuals the FBI was nervous about last year. These guys have a history of allowing certain people to get arrested, as to keep authorities off the track of the real event.
