It's curious, that's for sure.

I don't know how someone would be able to tamper with an ATM without arousing suspicion.

But then, I'm not a terrorist..so I haven't any knowledge about these things. LOL

I have a friend who is a DEA agent. He says there dogs lot of times come up with just food. The ATM machine I bet they smell dope of some kind, it is on all money so 60 Minutes says. LOL
