I think their hatred is the baseline measurement for the stats, since it has been a constant for 1426 years.
Killing "infidels" or "kuffars" wherever they may be IS their ultimate goal. Any demands they have made to date are bogus. Despite what we may do in an attempt to satiate their demands, we cannot change who and what we are. Any non-Muslim country falls under the same dire consequences lest they change their religious ways to conform to the Islamic way of life.
