Hmmm, so that would mean it wouldn't be during the work day. It's really hard to guess but I would say they would want to do "it" during the day as there are less people in the city after 6p.m.

After reading your links, I hope that intelligence will be a little more forthcoming if they get the same kind of signals they got last time.
But I doubt it. I have a suspicion we're gonna be on our own in this one.
The other side of that coin is that many people go into the city at nighttime for dancing, drinking, Broadway plays, movies, etc., especially on a Friday night.
Also, some of the earlier threats noted on this thread have mentioned an attack at night...
