THERE WAS NO LAW BROKEN BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT A COVERT AGENT AND THERE WAS NO INTENT TO DO HARM. There, got it????
Miller is a partisan Democrat and would not cover for Karl Rove. Miller was already in trouble for refusing to reveal a source within the CIA who was involved in a security leak. It may be the same source. It may be Valerie Plame, herself. It may be Joe Wilson, via Valerie Plame. This may be the only crime associated with Valerie Plame and Miller is protecting someone who could get in big trouble if she talked.
