HA HA I think somebody feathers are ruffled at NY TIMES
Well, I see the New York Times is up to their usual stuff. Well, they can print whatever they want. President Bush doesn't really care what they think. And that makes me very happy.
The problem with squandering your credibility is that nobody ever listens to you anymore.
That's exactly why they hate him.
well, when does the grand jurie retire????????????????????
That poor woman sitting in jail when all she wanted to do was protect her source, Rove?
He might have made the biggest ass of himself that I've ever seen anyone do in the White House press corps in the early days of the war in Iraq. He asked Ari a question about something totally unrelated and when Ari put him off, Gregory whined "C'mon, we're at WAR here!" As if that made is imbecilic question any more relevant.
I would have hard time if I saw him on the street somewhere.
I don't remember the date given, but I thinks it's before October.
CBS radio news this eve. did a bit on this. Quote: "Rove talked to the reporter about Valerie Plame". No details at all. Smear job at it's finest.
Doesn't make much sense to connect Rove to a reporter in jail who isn't revealing apparently another source altogether. The reporter with whom he communicated had Rove's permission to reveal his name.

NY TIMES FIGHTS BACK: PLANS FRONT SPLASH ON ROVE; REPORTER SITS IN JAIL
Top editors of the NY TIMES made the decision Monday afternoon to turn up the heat on White House adviser Karl Rove.
The TIMES is planning to lead Tuesday editions with growing calls for Rove's resignation, newsroom sources tell the DRUDGE REPORT, a powerplay in DC all-star game of high stakes finger pointing and intrigue.
While TIMES reporter Judith Miller remains jailed for refusing to testy about sourcing before a grand jury investigating the outing of a CIA "operative," the paper's editors are splashing Rove's own lack of detailed explanation detailing his press contacts.
"Scott McClellan, Bush's spokesman, repeatedly declined to say whether he stood behind his previous assertions that Rove played no role in the matter or whether the president would follow through on his pledge to fire anyone in his administration found to be involved," report the NYT's David Johnston, Adam Liptak and Richard Stevenson in their front page lead.
"Democrats demanded the White House provide a full public explanation of any role played by Karl Rove in disclosing the identity two years ago of a CIA operative, turning up the political heat on a long-simmering case just as President Bush heads into a critical period in his second term. But the White House declined to answer any questions about Rove's involvement."
"Novak, himself, has said that after the grand jury retires, he will reveal the truth of the matter and that what most people now suppose is wrong. He has intimated that Rove had nothing to do with any leaking."
Novak didn't know everything that was going on.
CBS radio network news tonight - led with this story, lied and made it sound as if Cooper had direct email from Rove naming Plame.
"the paper's editors are splashing Rove's own lack of detailed explanation detailing his press contacts."
Because that would be a violation of the grand jury secrecy laws.
Why are they calling for Rove's resignation? Why wouldn't they at least wait until Fitzgerald's final report is issued? They look like idiots.
The MSM has nowhere near the power they used to have. I am fairly confident this is a rope-a-dope as many others have suggested here.
This will be fun.
"They also know"
What happened to the NYTimes editorials about how "no crime was committed."
