I don't see in these passages where it orders one to carry out this punishment of death to the innocent.Fair enough. I cannot force you to see it, or even make you admit to acknowledging how it could easily be interpreted that way.
That doesn't change the fact that others can, and have done so.
Some probably have misinterpreted verses out of the Bible in the past and that is why there is multiple factions of Christianity contrary to one Islam that can't agree on anything except that killing Christians and Jews is OK.
