He's probably an Orthodox Christian, therefore, not fully human, certainly not sacred or holy like a member of the religion of peace. He has no rights. Why not torture him? His father allegedly killed Moslems. It's a crime against humanity to bring even the slightest discomfort to any moslem dog.
