There are unconfirmed reports of a warning received by Scotland Yard from Israel minutes before the first blast.

The Police Chief said no, but now there are these rumours about the Yard telling Israel about it, so the situation on that is not clear. I suppose it is possible there was but the chief wasn't told. That'll all come out later.

Not that we know of - although I'm not sure if Blair has made his statement yet. In the old days our first suspects would be the IRA (or the splinter group the Real IRA).

I guess now everyone will be looking towards Al Qaeda instead.
