Tony Blair to speak in 31 minutes.

G-8 doesn't want to let the terrorist attack stop what's going on there.

Personally, I think Tony Blair should come home.

Well, at least Bono and Geldof will be happy to hear that. I guess global warming and African poverty take priority over the terrorist bastards. Unbelievable!

I think Tony Blair should come home.

I don't think he should. First, he can't personally add to the security situation...his presence simply adds to it.

Second, he should not be seen changing his schedule in "reaction".

Third, he's not just AT the summit...he's the host. Disruption of the summit may be THE target...best not to give them the "victory".

Lastly, President Bush didn't rush to NY on the first day of the WTC attacks. He paused for several days to allow local efforts to settle in. I think Blair is right to stay put. Obviously, the summit agenda will change, however.
