Michael may have been a jerk, Terri may have been insecure; a bad combination and almost guaranteed to cause stress. Perhaps it just built up with Terri, but we'll never know.

People like MS seek out insecure partners for their own purposes. Terri had a weight problem during puberty, and it probably trashed her self esteem. According to several sources, MS was the first man Terri dated. Btw, although she could have dabbled in bulimia and anorexia, her body could have just "grown up". My second oldest daughter had a terrible weight problem, and overnight she shot up 4 inches, and dropped over 50 lbs. She was in her late teens.

People say my judgement is tainted, but I've walked the walk. I have health problems from dealing with 27 years of flight/fight adrenalin rushes. It is very likely that MS will get away scot-free. I've seen that happen on a personal level. Imo, some people (the Clintoons come to mind) have "Satanic protection". They wiggle out of everything. Nothing sticks to them.

I am fiercely interested that justice be done. Not just for Terri, but all victims and targets of sociopaths.

There is no evidence that she ever engaged in any sort of dietary abuse. She used NutriSysttem to shed her excess weight.

Remember, for all of her weight problems and insecurity as a high school girl, this was eight years later. She was married, well employed, and had her weight pretty well under control in a normal range. (Michael confirmed this; he also denied that at first that she was bulimic.)

The whole factless bulimia theory was based on a single blood test showing hypokalemia an hour after she got to the ER. The condition was treated and her blood potassium normalized within hours. The problem did not return, so was not chronic as you'd expect from a dietary problem. Dr. Thogmartin attributed that one low reading to the emergency treatments she received. Several of those (epinephrine, the bolus, VF) could have produced a temporary low potassium figure.

So far as I know, being a jerk is not a crime. And being insecure is no one else's fault but your own. I think that the stress causing the arrest is just as good a scenerio as all of the beating and choking theories. And of course that's all they are, theories. People may have to face the fact they will never know. All of this time spent on speculation could be put to better use IMHO.
