Food and water is a basic human need. To not provide them constitutes murder.

Not in the state of Florida. Under these circumstances, and under the supervision of a physician, removing the feeding tube is a standard if sad medical treatment. You don't like it, change the law according to the procedures established.

And denying basic sustenance is ok with you? It's ok that a judge ruled that she was to be offered nothing by mouth and posted armed police in the room to make sure she received nothing orally?

Does Fla law also state that it's legal to deny oral food and hydration?
