I read somewhere that in the 2nd edition of Fuhrman's book he will discuss the autopsy results.
Thankyou for the update, Mark's assessment of the autopsy report will be very significant. I strongly recommend reading his book, it is spellbinding and very clearly formulated.Hopefully the second edition will be out shortly.
