I heard on the news, that people on waiting lists are going to sue the state because of this. One fellow has a disabled son on the list and he's really dissed at Florida. His son has been on the list for a long time.

15,000 truly needy are on a waiting list. Until then, they do without. They need medical care. It sounds like we have a health care system like Canada's doesn't it? If they would not have forfeited the 60 mil, maybe my friend would not be facing being paralyzed over a $4,000 operation he can't get thru his medicaid coverage.

Suing the state is a good idea but folks better make sure their attorneys don't have conflicts of interest with Tallahassee.
