They did their last human sacrifice (using young maidens on the boat of the dead chieftain) in the 1700s! Of course, not all Vikings were alike ~ no doubt some became good Orthodox folk, and maybe even contributed a priest or two. hmm.. perhaps my name might've given the wrong impression, but I'm not a Russian or Ruski speaking.
