Sorry I missed your post yesterday - Kmiec will vote to overturn Roe v. Wade - here's his bio: http://law.pepperdine.edu/fac_staff/bios/kmiec.jsp I kinda think GWB will not nominate anyone being bantered on the Sunday talk shows the first time out . . .
