On Fox News today they were saying that this guy was a class 3 sex offender which is very, very bad....but he was free!

I wondered about what a class 3 meant. If Michigan had that it would be a clearer list. I want to know if the guy next door is dangerous. Being on Michigan's list means nothing to me.
