I live in a city of 68,000 people. There are 137 sex offenders living in my zip code area and 236 in the city.
We have about 90 cops. Almost 3 sex offenders for each cop.
Look at this!
My small county.... they even have the names listed of the ones who are currently "non compliant" --- go arrest the SOBs.
