How come CRIMINALS skate by LE w/stolen car/stolen plates?

No telling HOW MANY STATES, he's been driving in.

I wouldn't get 2 blocks from my house and would likely be stopped if I'd done anything like that!

It's a big country. And it sounds like this guy might be pretty savvy.

A friend from church got pulled over in Jax FL, cops saw stolen tag from TX on their computer. They called for back up, handcuffed her, etc, etc, then later realized that her tag is FLORIDA not TX. 6 cop cars mind you!

If her husband had been the one in the vehicle at the time, one wonders if he would have been roughed up.
