Well, obviously William H. Rehnquist is in bad health so he most likely will retire within a year. He will probably wait for Sandra Day O'Connor to be replaced and immediately retire.
The third Justice may be Stephen G. Breyer. This is a guess on my part but I have heard rumors about it.
