This is my understanding of Slander= dibbah (Hebrew)
whispering, defamation; defaming; evil report; unfavorable saying
Reference in use below:
Pro 10:18 He that hideth hatred [with] lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, [is] a fool.

Dibah is the statement of a false report for the purpose of effecting an opinion of another. A false report in this matter would be something akin to suggesting that the reason that Mr. Graham condones Bill Clinton's immorality is because [fill in the blank]. No one that I know is suggesting WHY Graham has repeatedly spoken in FAVOR of Bill Clinton even WITHIN the context of his adulteries. Rather, simply that such actions to not further the Gospel, and in fact are demonstrably unbiblical. Loving sinners and working with them is something we are all called to do.
Having said that, the fact that one APPEARS to love sinners does not mean you are right (after all, prostitutes take care and love each other as well). No, the issue is not how he has shown love for the Clintons, but whether it was a biblical way of showning love: where one privately rebukes a friend - and never publicly endorses someone who continues in unrepentent sin.
If speaking of this is slander, then you are going to have to rip a lot of pages from your Bible.
