I am sure if the constitutionality of this merger is ever put before the Supreme Court, they will want it peopled with justices who will look to international law to resolve the dispute, just as they have done with the recent death penalty case for minors.

So he could very well be one of the globalist's guaratees if the question ever goes to the Supreme Court.
