As Carl Cameron explained it, the only real exuberant applause WAS after some Bush team members applauded, but the audience was dying to let loose. That just provided the open door. They were told to not get rowdy.

Yes, we were watching ABC (why, I don't know, we almost always watch FOX). I thought it was a rather odd comment. It was if he was implying that the soldiers weren't in agreement with Bush, that this was a silent protest of some sort.

Just called ABC news at 212-456-2800 and let them know how Moran made a fool of himself. I explained how the troops were told the decorum. Duh, Terry, that is why they were quiet and respectful.
