Clements' plan is to raise investment capital from wealthy pro-liberty investors and draw up architectural plans. They should create a "Lost Liberty REIT" whose sole purpose is to fight this ruling and target those who support and wish to use and abuse this horrendous SCOTUS ruling.
By creating a REIT, it will be easier to attract the average investor as well as the wealthy ones.

Isn't it interesting that "pro people" RAT SCOTUS voted to give big confiscation rights to ugly rich developers? This has to scream from the media!!!! True face of liberals masking themselves as defenders of little Americans vs. big corporations. Shame, disgrace, travesty!!!
Vote the bastRATs out to oblivion!!!

"Lost Liberty REIT"
I love it. The city of Redding is preparing to do the same thing; take away a family's property and give it to a land developer, who is also a campaign contributor.
The people should fight back. Nobody should be allowed to steal private property and not find themselves in a bloody mess.

If we can't get Souter's house let's look at getting all the houses around him and building some motels and liquor stores.
