Well I for one dont mind Russia selling nuclear reactors to India ;)
As for Russia's links with the Taliban and the commies......well thats a joke. In fact it was the (India-Russia backed) Northan Alliance that broke the back of Taliban. Russia has been fighting terrorism long before the US joined in the fray post 9/11.
