Not sure it's worth posting about a 4.0 but it's in an area with another recent sizable quake. Could be an aftershock. Cat's been acting odd and I wouldn't be surprised SoCal sees more activity.
I felt it newsworthy considering the number of quakes over the past 2 - 3 weeks...
