U.S. Helicopter Shot Down in Iraq

The U.S. military has confirmed to FOX News that an Apache helicopter (search) was shot down near Taji, Iraq. A smoke trail was seen before it slammed into the ground, killing the pilot, gunner and both passengers aboard.
There are no passenger seats on an Apache.
