No, and I am moving to a cheaper place soon.
My point was, for what you pay in taxes, I pay for a better than decent place to live.
I know of many areas that even if I were given a home "free of mortgage", I could not afford to live in it, due to taxes.
That is just wrong, on so many levels.
Every year,everywhere, my rent has always gone up, mostly due to taxes.
I can't withhold any portion of my rent in a tax revolt, that's not how it works for a tenant.
I wonder what would happen if a grass root level firestorm of homeowners and landlords skipped a tax payment or two. nationwide?
