You can bet your a** that Reagan would have changed his mind after 9/11.
Please note I inferred I considered Reagan's amnesty a mistake. That he brought down the Soviet Union compensates for lots of mistakes--don't forget what kind of threat that was, and what kind of threat China is, and is becoming, and that it's being abetted by the people who bankroll Washtington.
