This is serious. Our President and Congressional leaders should speak up very forcefully against this ruling. There is no more outrageous ruling so far than this one. It goes completely against the Constitution. If they don't speak up now, when will they do it? Most Americans are not aware of this outrage and should be told at every opportunity. We will not be able to put judges in the Supreme Court who respect the Constitution until people demand it in no uncertain terms. Mr. President, it is now or never. If you do not use the bully pulpit now, you will be partly to blame for the American people not knowing what's going on.

"This is serious."

========================================

Yes it is sir.

Citizens will allow an illegal invasion to prevail on their city streets and even right up to the house right next to them.

But when it comes down to the oligarchy TAKING AWAY THEIR OWN HOUSE they finally get the message. They will stand and fight. They don't have anywhere else to go.

What we see unfolding reminds me of helpless rats on a sinking ship with no alternative other than to jump into a raging and bottomless storm.

I would be surprised if they did. Country club Republicans never disagree with establishment decisions. Hand the senator a nine iron.

Well this same group trashed the free press provision of the 1st last year not to mention numerous anti freedom of religion rulings over the years. The Patriot Act eviscerates the 4th and the 5th and is just waiting for a USSC ruling to codify it.

Wake up people the Bill of Rights is on very shaking ground in this Country.

All I hear Bush Jr. blabbering about today is our overwhelming need to spend our money and lives to increase freedom and property rights in other countries. Like every Moo sh$%hole on earth, for example.
