I just don't know if the part about PVDS being involved in the story is true? The brother changed the story, and by saying that PVDS was the ring leader for the story, he is deflecting guilt. What is so difficult about that to understand?
BTW, "sweating" profusely may be a sign of guilt, but it won't hold up in court. From the Anxiety forum.com, read this:

Can't deny he wasn't under extreme anxiety.
