The Kalpoe's mother would know if Deepak's car was at home when she arrived home from work. I bet LE knows that if the car was there or not when she got home. If it was, but if she did not look in on the boys then she cannot be their alibi. I think LE may feel like the brothers did not help Joran, but that Joran told them what happened. I'd say the brothers go free on Tuesday next week and that they hold Joran and possible re-arrest Joran's father by then with the help of Mickey John's statement last night or some forensic results coming back from the VDS home or cars.

Here is are some thoughts that are really off the wall.

We know that PVDS spent a lot of time away from home. I wonder if they have any unsolved serial type murders in Holland or where ever he was spending his time at. To me the man is just strange all around - there is something very odd about him - he gave me the willies the first time I saw his picture on the internet and the odd feeling I have about him has just grown more and more.

Maybe Joran brought Natalee home some how because she was out cold and he put her in his apartment and then off to school he goes. Daddy decides to go into Joran's apartment for some reason and there she is out cold or is just waking up from her drug induced sleep. Daddy decides to take advantage of her while Joran is at school and she wakes up freaking out and Daddy kills her. - this VDS family is so off the wall that you just never know.

We got "stiffed" by three guests last night: Steve Croes (search), his mother and a lawyer for the Holloway (search) family. All three said they would do the show and failed to show (the lawyer called... but it is the third or fourth time that she has done that to us.) Frankly "no shows" is not unusual in this business — it is disruptive to our planning but never fatal.

I have my theory on Steve Croes and his mother — that they were offered money from another show (a network show, not cable news) and we don't pay our guests to appear. My guess is that the show that paid them told them not to do our show so as to dilute their interview.

Some people have noted that Natalee and Joran had little time on the beach. Greta herself mentioned it.

I agree it appears that way, but things aren't always what they appear. Phone calls on a cell phone, not traceable to a PRECISE location, that say somebody needs a ride home from the beach, does not prove he and she were through on the beach. (Maybe he was trying to involve Deepack in the trouble and failed. Maybe he was trying to establish an alibi for that time. Who knows?)

Something could have gone wrong on the beach very quickly, yes, but the aftermath and what Joran did about it, including involving his father, could have dragged out. There could have been something wrong with her but she could have been still alive. You said maybe he somehow got her home and the father came upon her there after Joran went to school.

Brigette, if that happened, think of how he might have accomplished that. Natalee is a small girl. Joran is a very big, very strong boy. Could he not have simply picked her up and carried her to the home? It was dark. Greta visited the beach at night to show location, and it was very dark. Or if not, maybe he ran home and told his father, and they took a family vehicle to get her. Who knows?

However, somebody maybe saw something who does not even realize it was important, or if they do realize it, they are too scared for their lives to come forward.

Let us ask ourselves at this point, why why why was Beth so convinced that Natalee had been at the vdS home location???
