My husband is a Lawyer kcvl although he doesn't practice criminal or litigation law anymore. We do strictly business law/corporate/Wills/Estates etc. (I work for him). However, I get to talk to Lawyers every single day. The other night my husband said there is such a thing as "corpus delecti" strictly meaning in latin, delicious corpse. Because without a corpse it is going to be very difficult to prove this case. That is, unless they can break the kid. I pray that this Government, if under enough outside pressure and the possibility of losing perhaps a BILLION dollars of tourist business a year, will allow someone like the FBI or strictly detached Dutch detectives actually take and break this snot kid. It's just my opinion but I feel like that pretty much ALL of the culprits original efforts were in getting rid of the body. Where I don't know because they were short of time but they are not short of knowledge of the Island.
