Didn't she also say that it was during exams? Her partying son was a HS student drinking and gambling at casinos for gosh sakes. His 'studying' was apparently non-existant.

Has anyone asked why the VdS family moved to Aruba ten years ago? Was it because they had an out of control seven year old son, and the family thought an island would be safer, as he 'couldn't get into any trouble' out there?
