Here we go again. No, I would not say that to a desperate mother, I would say that to a vigilante stepfather and his five friends from Alabama and two policemen from Aruba who have probably been tipped pretty handsomely who decided to take matters into their own hands. What did the Twitty group expect to elicit from their hostile adventure to the VDS home? Did you want the VDS family to supply the noose? You bet, my son would not say a word especially to a group who would misconstrue every word from his mouth. There is every reason to believe that Joran killed this girl but to blame the mother and father is outrageous.

They're well traveled people. I guess they were familiar with dutch justice, and decided they prefer justice American style. I can see why.

You are vastly misinterpreting what happened that night.

The police were there, how is that "taking matters into their hands". They were accompanied by the police.

Your characterization of the stepfather is "vigilante". A vigilante does not go with a policeman, unarmed to a home to ask if the person there knows the whereabouts of his daughter.

The adventure was not hostil until the Sloots were ugly. That was what I read. They were trying despeerately to find their daughter.

Noone talked about a noose, a hanging, a killing or taking the Law into his hands,,the Law was with them.

You purposely mischaracterize the hunt of a desperate terrified family to suit your paranoid raving.

You have no heart, no feeling for what these people were and are going through. Someday you may feel it, God help you when you do because the way you talk tells me that nobody with a heart would come to your aid.

I disagree. This kid was a snot right from the FIRST time the Twitty's asked him a few questions. His attitude stunk. And then the father jumped in and said "This isn't America, Joran You say Nothing"!! This 17 year old boy knew he would be supported by his father REGARDLESS of whether he was wrong. And why do you say this HOSTIILE group? They didn't start out hostile. They simply wanted the boy to help them with some answers. It BECAME hostile but not because of Natalee's family.

Ah, I see; you're not smearing the Twittys, just accusing them of BRIBING officials in Aruba.

The poster I have pinged, called it a "hostile adventure" when the Twitty's and the police went to the house to try to gain information about Natalee's disappearnance.

Imagine that: a HOSTILE ADVENTURE -- trying desperately to speak with the last known person to have been seen with Natalee is a HOSTILE ADVENTURE.

Well, you can say what you have to say to a friend of Natalee's aunt. That would be me. You don't have a clue what you are talking about.
