I don't think he's like that at all.
I'm sure he's seen his share of poor in his own life. He didn't start making money until oj made him famous.

I don't think he's wealthy. He makes a better living than being a detective.
I think Mark went through some very rough times when his testimony was impeached, he was branded a racist and a liar and a scoundrel, he lost his career, and was basically ridden out of town on a rail. The way he recovered was remarkable. The signs DID point to the dad or someone in the family in the Lunsford case. It's hard to believe someone can come in, silence the dog, and kidnap a child out of her room without waking anyone, but this BASTARD did it, and I think his buddies were with him all the way, he was just the only one with a record.
