Someone on one of the blog sites was discussing this scenario. (buried in sand) They posted that it would take one person too long to dig a deep enough hole in the sand and or other areas and that it would be easier to dump a body in one of the ponds/pits on the island.
I can imagine that if she was murdered that they would be frantic to cover their butts in a hurry not knowing when her friends would miss her. They wouldn't have any idea how much time they had.
On another note, has anyone heard the discussion of a boat called the Octopus that apparently was docked in Aruba for 18 years having disappeared? Something about the owner being a very experienced diver, and the entire crew missing?
You're right, time was definitely a factor and unless 'he' had access to a boat, 'he' dumped her somewhere on the island, and it's difficult to believe that 'he' acted alone.
That message board is correct. Without a shovel, digging a 10' grave in wet sand by hand, would be difficult, but not impossible.
