All I can say is let me know if Brian has a dream about a huge earthquake on the New Madrid Fault so I can get the hell out of dodge. LOL... (the New Madrid Fault is in Missouri and Arkansas)
The insurance company I am an agent with researched the New Madrid fault several years ago. They immediately cut back on the number of agents and business they were doing in the area. I don't know if you are aware of it, but in 1811 and 1812 there were several quakes larger than 8.1. They created 100 foot earth waves, rang bells in Boston, and 40 acre tracts of land of larger fell into the Mississippi River, which flowed North for 3 days. If they have another one that large Memphis will cease to exist.

I hear you!
Several years ago, we added Earthquake Insurance to our Homeowners policy here in Arkansas (New Madrid Fault Zone). Our company (USAA) stopped issuing that insurance here, but we got in under the wire. We're NOT dropping it either :)
